FAQ

Questions companies ask before trusting GAMBIT with support.

Clear answers for decision makers and existing clients: who we serve, how support requests move, what the portal shows and how onboarding works.

Do you work with individuals, or only organizations?

Organizations only. We don't take on individual/consumer support. Our agreements, response times and portal are built around business needs.

How fast will you respond to a request?

It depends on the selected support plan and request priority. Where an SLA applies, the agreement defines the response and resolution targets and the portal shows the timing attached to the covered request.

What's included in the monthly contract?

The agreement identifies the covered users, devices, systems, service windows, response targets and selected catalog services. Optional services and project work such as migrations, new deployments and major remediation are confirmed separately before work starts.

Do we have to install anything on our computers?

The lightweight inventory agent is optional unless the agreed service scope requires automated inventory or device-health signals. It records approved hardware, software and protection-status information; it has no remote-control capability and does not read file contents, browser activity, screenshots or keystrokes.

Can we see what you're working on?

Yes. Requests, devices and support plans are visible in your portal, not summarized after the fact.

How do we request on-site or remote help?

Create a support request from the portal and add what happened. If you already know remote or on-site help is needed, include that detail. An engineer will confirm the right approach.

What happens if a response is late?

It is flagged in the system and visible in the portal. We treat late work as something to review and prevent, not hide.

How do we get started?

Request a managed IT review. We will talk through your device count, employee count, current support flow and important systems, then recommend a plan only if the fit is clear.
