Managed IT Services for Business

Support that keeps employees working and management informed.

We take responsibility for the agreed day-to-day IT scope, with clear response expectations, visible work and no hidden assumptions about what is included.

What clients actually get

A practical support model built around business outcomes.

Each service area is designed to reduce interruptions, document ownership and give management a reliable view of what is happening.

Employees get help through one route

Access, device, email, printer, connectivity and application issues enter one prioritized support queue.

Help desk, remote support and plan-based on-site help

Devices become visible and supportable

Managed equipment can carry an owner, warranty, lifecycle status and support history in the client portal.

Inventory, lifecycle tracking and device-linked requests

Covered infrastructure is documented

The agreement names the workplace platforms, networks and access paths GAMBIT is responsible for administering.

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, firewalls, WiFi and VPN

Operational risk is reduced in practical steps

Agreed protection, patch, backup, access and recovery checks turn important gaps into visible follow-up work.

Endpoint visibility, patching, backup checks and awareness

Recurring work and projects are separated

Monthly coverage is written into the agreement. Migrations, deployments and major changes are approved and priced before work starts.

Defined plan, documented add-ons and separate project scope

Leadership gets service visibility

Managers can review open work, timing, devices and support history without chasing updates through private messages.

Service catalog

What GAMBIT can include in a managed IT agreement.

This catalog shows the available service areas. Your proposal identifies which items are recurring, plan-dependent, optional or outside the monthly scope.

Support operations

The recurring service layer employees and managers use every day.

Security and continuity

Practical controls that reduce avoidable downtime and business risk.

Infrastructure and governance

Plan-dependent administration for the systems that keep the company connected.

Commercial clarity

Know what is recurring, optional and separately quoted.

The final contract—not a generic website claim—defines your exact service boundary.

Recurring service

Written into your monthly plan

Covered users, devices, systems, standard support work, service windows, response expectations and reporting.

Plan-dependent or optional

Selected when your environment needs it

On-site visits, after-hours coverage, patch deployment, backup monitoring, workplace administration, network management, MDM and vCIO reviews.

Separate project

Approved and priced before work

Migrations, new deployments, office moves, major remediation, procurement and other non-routine implementation work.

How we start

First we assess the environment, then we define the service scope.

Environment and risk review

We review employees, devices, locations, current support, critical systems, access ownership and backup posture.

Support scope and service levels

We define included services, response targets, service windows, on-site rules, responsibilities and separately quoted work.

Onboarding and visible operations

Your team receives a clear support route while devices, contacts, plans and work history become visible in the client portal.

What is included in a monthly managed IT plan?

The agreement names the covered users, devices, systems, standard support work, service windows, response targets and reporting. Plan-dependent items are included only when they appear in your approved scope.

Is on-site support included?

On-site availability, covered locations, visit rules and any included quantity depend on the selected plan. We confirm those details before the agreement starts.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Standard and after-hours coverage are defined per support plan. We do not present 24/7 availability as included unless the agreement explicitly provides it.

Are migrations and new deployments part of monthly support?

Routine administration may be covered, but migrations, office moves, new infrastructure and major remediation are planned and priced separately before implementation.

Which platforms can GAMBIT manage?

The active catalog includes employee support, device inventory, endpoint and backup visibility, patching, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, networks, firewalls, VPN, mobile device management and vCIO reviews. The agreement names the exact platforms in scope.
